Keyboard shortcuts:
   Shift: Click to switch to draw mode. Hold shift and hover over districts to add them to the selected region.
   Control: Click to switch to erase mode. Hold control and hover over districts to unassign them from their region.
   `: (On the top-left corner of the keyboard) Click to switch to browse mode. Does not allow adding or unassigning districts.

   [: Click to switch to district mode. Select by district.
   ]: Click to switch to province mode. Select by province.
   \: Click to switch to country mode. Select by country.

   Opacity bars: The purple and white bars under "Map Options" and "Layer Options" control the opacity of their respective map.

   Layer Selection: Click to show dropdown displaying all available layer options.
   ↧: Click to show dropdown.

   Map name: Click on "East Asia" and type to change the map name.
   Region name: Click on a region name (e.g. "Region 1") and type to change the region's name.
   Right-click on region button: Allows the user to change the color of the region.
   Region lock: Click to lock/unlock a region. Locked regions cannot be changed.
